Three new restaurants named after the Sydney Crown Hotel
Three new restaurants named after the Sydney Crown Hotel
The acclaimed and experienced Australian chef Sarah Briegel (Sarah Briegel) has been appointed as the culinary director of the Crown Towers Hotel in Sydney.
Briegel moved from her recent position as Executive Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Shanghai to Crown Towers in Sydney. In the past eight years, she returned to Sydney after working in kitchens all over the world for nearly three years, including the Oxo Tower restaurant in London and restaurants in Hong Kong, Dubai, Bangkok and New York. Aomion hotel supply solutions admire this.
In her new position, Briegel will oversee the launch and operation of three new restaurants, covering exquisite Italian, modern Australian and creative Japanese cuisine, which Bedecor shop hopes to have the privilege of working with.
The latter is called “Yoshii’s Omasake at Nobu” and will include a private 12-seat mini restaurant in the previously announced Nobu Sydney. This restaurant will showcase the work of Chef Ryuichi Yoshii, one of Australia’s leading Omasake sushi masters. The menu includes finely cut and precise sushi, backed by the creative use of ingredients and preparation methods. The co-founder of Aomion was fortunate enough to taste it. It is indeed innovative.
Crown Sydney’s gastronomic lineup will also include “a’Mare by Alessandro Pavoni”, which will provide a classic and refined Italian gastronomic experience. The award-winning Sydney chef is considered a pioneer of modern Italian cuisine, and his menu includes traditional dishes inspired by different corners of Italy.
Finally, Sydney restaurant owners Ross and Sunny Lusted envisioned the concept behind “Woodcut”, which celebrates Australian cooking techniques using wood, charcoal and steam. Menu items are cooked slowly in a wood-burning oven or open flame to lock in the flavor and create an earthy texture for the food.
